PURCHASE CONDITIONS 1.-
Price List All
prices in our product list are quoted without tax. This is because the
application of taxes and duties varies according to the country where the
purchase is made. The final price is displayed when you proceed to checkout
along with details of the tax applicable to the country chosen in the
delivery data. As
a general rule 16% VAT will apply to EU member countries. All businesses
belonging to the EU, with intracommunitarian CIF, will be exempt from tax except those based in Spain.
Sales to other countries are VAT free. However, the customs authorities in
each country will levy their corresponding charges. Due
to their special tax regime, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are
considered as extracomunitary territory. Therefore, all purchases made by
residents in this territory are exempt of tax (customs tax and import tax
not included in the price of your order and must be paid on arrival by the
receiver of the goods). All
prices on our web site, which appear in dollars are calculated according to
the daily exchange rate with respect to the Euro. These prices will
therefore fluctuate accordingly. The
prices shown at www.aceros-de-hispania.com
may be revised and modified at
any time.

Forms of payment

a)
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) This
option only exists in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the
Canary islands, Ceuta and
Melilla. The payment will take place al counted at the moment of delivery of the order through the transport company corresponding to the shipment place; Nacex, Tourline Express, Seur or postal mail
b) Bank transfer Upon completing your purchase you may wish to select the bank transfer option. In this case you will receive an Email, which, together with the confirmation of your order, will indicate the account number required. It should be made payable to ACEROS-DE-HISPANIA.COM. in Euros. Please
ensure that you indicate, your name and surname in the subject bar. The bank transfer should be carried out
within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise
your order will have to be cancelled. The
order will not be considered complete until we have received a fax of the
bank transfer receipt (+34) 978 87 70 88 , or email rosame@aceros-de-hispania.com
, and the deposit has been verified by our bank. Remember
that payments should be made in Euros, and the customer will pay any currency
exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected.
c) Visa, MasterCard, American Express
In
this way the credit card details are only known and handled by the bank,
whereas the order and client details are known and handled only by the
trader. In
an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have now
updated our web-site to include the latest security measures for on-line
commerce developed by VISA and MASTERCARD. These are known as 3D Secure Code
(Verified by VISA) and SPA/UCAF (Mastercard Secure Code). In this way, if
you are a holder of a "Secure enabled" card, you will always be
able to make a payment with a VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS on our web-site. If
your credit card cannot be enabled with this secure code, Aceros-de-hispania.com
will only admit payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or American Express to long-standing customers. In both cases, when making a VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. In this way we are able to guarentee even greater security for on-line transactions. What
is Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code? The
main objective of this protocol is to offer greater security both to the
Internet user and to the commercial on-line companies, by authenticating the
buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being used for payment. In
practice, if you choose to make a payment with your "secure enabled"
VISA or MASTERCARD, you will be asked to provide your credit card number and
expiry date as before, and also a password for exclusive use when making on-line
payments. This password will identify the customer, unequivocally, as the
owner of the card. In this way, no one will be able to make an on-line
payment without first having knowledge of the afore-mentioned password. If a
"secure enabled" card is required to make payment the logos below
will appear on the page asking for credit card details.
If
you have not yet received a PIN or password for exclusive use when making on-line
payments, we advise you to contact the financial institution who issued your
card and request thatthis service be applied so that you can benefit from
secure on-line purchases. This is possible either by contacting your bank or
making an on-line request. d) Wester Union. If it selects as mode of payment the turn by Wester Union, an email will along with receive the confirmation of its order where all the data necessary will be indicated to him to make the shipment of the money. customers will benefit from the one-year manufacturer's guarantee. Defects
or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well
as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not

Refunds and exchanges Our
Customer Service Department includes an after-sales service, which is
designed to help our clients solve any problems that may arise concerning
our products or shipments. This department aims to offer a fast and
efficient response to customer queries. See how to return a product If
for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the
unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date
marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996,
15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on
19th December).* Simply
send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging,
including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. If you want to
exchange your product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new order. It
is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to
prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect
state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be
accepted. Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked, ACEROS-DE-HISPANIA.COM will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order. Should
the customer receive a damaged product or an erroneous order, all shipping
costs will be paid by ACEROS-DE-HISPANIA.COM. If
