Anglo-Saxon shield (13th-14th centuries) originally used in battle and jousting. From the 17th century until the Battle of Culloden (1746), the targe was the most widely used means of defense in battles in the Scottish Highlands.
Made of compact wood and covered with soft leather. With a historical design in brass and studs of great beauty. As a complement, it has two leather grip straps on the back.
