Viking stone runes - Set - Ref 805169
Although the Vikings used the letters known as runes to write, runic inscriptions were used for magical purposes as well as as a simple alphabet. For them they were essential companions and they used them both to make decisions and to acquire strength and protection in wars, trips, etc.
The ones we call Viking Runes today are made up of 25 figures, with a white rune. Once launched, they can be interpreted as a means to find something, secret or hidden, as a source of meditation or inspiration or as an esoteric or loving purpose.
This set is made of obsidian stone, a vitreous volcanic rock very dark, highly polished. Each stone is carved with the painted rune.
The set contains:
25 stones of 2.5 cm approx. each: 24 runestones and 1 blank stone.
Includes a black velvet drawstring bag.
