Sharpening has never been so practical and easy. The revised angle guide increases precision when grinding and guarantees consistent results at the highest level. The switch from 20° (optimal sharpening angle for chef's knives) to 25° (outdoor and pocket knives) is done in no time at all and offers maximum flexibility. A leather trim on the guide prevents unwanted scratches on the blade. The new Edge Guide blade guide enables quick and effortless sharpening right up to the blade tip. Thanks to flexible sharpening belts, the sharpener masters even the most difficult blade shapes and cuts (e.g. serrated edge) playing. The powerful motor with two belt speeds provides more control when resharpening and adapts to the requirements of the different blade types at the push of a button.
