AVIATOR I EICKHORN MILITARY KNIFE

The Aviator I is a specialized rescue knife developed for NATO military aircraft crews, particularly those of the United States, as part of the ASEK project. 

Manufactured by the renowned German brand Eickhorn Solingen, the Aviator I is equipped with: 

• Serrated spine capable of cutting aircraft glass.
• Partially serrated edge, ideal for quick cuts in emergency situations.
• Sharp hook cuts belts or straps.

Eickhorn Professional stainless steel blade is coated with black Kalgard®: prevents glare, which is essential to avoid detection in high-risk situations, and protects against corrosion.

Glass breaker located at the end of the hilt, designed for quick extraction of crews in case of emergency.

Knife handle is constructed of reinforced fiberglass, electrically insulated.

The Cordura sheath includes a polyamide liner and is compatible with the U.S. MOLLE carry system. It features leg straps, allowing for an additional carry option.
