These were the parameters for the development of the Eickhorn GEK series. Eickhorn has created attractive knives for the outdoor enthusiast. This series ranges from an affordable model for beginners to high-end professional outdoor knives.
GEK knives are made with three types of Eickhorn steel (Professional, Professional Plus, and Enhanced) and are manufactured exclusively in Solingen.
For the knife handles, we have chosen proven materials such as black anodized aluminum or G10 (available in black, green, and brown). All knives in this series come with a leather sheath (Kydex, see below) and are available with shot-blasted or black Kalgard-coated blades. Customers can also choose between a standard or serrated edge.
