GEK knives are made with 3 types of Eickhorn steel (Professional, Professional Plus, and Enhanced) and are manufactured exclusively in Solingen.
For the handles, we have chosen proven materials such as aluminum or G10 (GEK and GEK-EDC) and fiberglass-reinforced polyamide (Wolverine-GEK). All knives in this series come with a leather sheath and are available with shot-blasted or black Kalgard-coated blades. Customers can also choose between a standard or serrated edge.
