Sharpening stone dimensions: approx. 60 x 60 x 200 mm
Grit: #1500 (coarse) and #3000 (fine)
Binding: Ceramic (fired at 1050 °C)
Use: Before use, soak the stone in water for about 10 minutes to ensure it is well hydrated. During coarse sharpening, keep the stone moist. For coarse sharpening, use the coarse side (red, #1500); for fine sharpening of a previously sharpened edge, use the fine side (blue, #3000).
