Kit Mantenimiento Katanas
Traditional Japanese katana maintenance kit
1 Uchiko ball:
A tool containing stone powder; use in small amounts to remove moisture and oil from the blade
1 Mekugi Nuki:
A brass hammer used to remove the mekugi
2 Mekugi:
Small bamboo pins used to secure the tsuka
1 Oil:
Apply in small amounts to the blade (after cleaning and drying it with Uchiko powder)
2 Nugui Gami:
Paper towel for drying the blade after applying the oil.
We recommend cutting the cloth to the desired size so it can be reused several times.
