Spyderco Chaparral Carbon Fiber And G-10 Knife

The Chaparral is possibly the thinnest and lightest mid-sized knife in the CLIPIT® range that Spyderco has produced to date. It features a G-10 carbon fiber laminated handle that houses a Back Lock system in the middle and a screw-in construction that holds all the components together.

This collectible knife has a total length of 16.2 cm – open – and 9.2 cm when closed. It weighs 70 grams and has a reversible pocket clip that allows it to be carried on both sides, but only with the tip up.

The company Carpenter Technology Co. manufactures the CTS XHP powder metallurgical steel used for the tree-leaf blade of this knife. Its straight profile and smooth edge provide incredible cutting performance.
